At some point in this debacle, the world will wake up. At that time, many will see how purjury played a big role in the MERS eScheme? Is it possible sanctions will come? I'm sure there are articles about federal sanctions also?
Could it be also found that the MERS claimants were vexatious litigants? Once understood, the world would realize the past MERS members claims had no merit and yet they papered their opposition with undue burdens, then attacks with a summary judgment to defeat the opposition before it can be legally determined that the MERS member could prove they have standing. That is how due process of law occurs today. Woe to the judges who associate with such men of iniquity.
