But before that could happen, certain individuals like Tommy Bastian needed to intentionally "educate" those who would deal with MERS in the government, insurance, taxes, etc. including judges, court clerks, county clerks, you name it. All these "entities" believed the words of deceivers. Is it their fault? Only One knows. And is it a strong possibility that a few in the Texas government may have been plaid for their works. Research would allow you to determine that. It is there for the finding. It is also written, you were to place your trust in only One, the only One that matters.
